We are delighted to invite you to join us, July 1st – 8th for our 2023 MMM Canada Summer Workshop at Trent University, in Peterborough, Ontario. 

This marks our 44th year of gathering annually to celebrate Margaret Morris’ Method, our love of dance, and our many friendships, we hope you'll join us!

We will be returning to a full week of dancing this year.  This will include a 2-day format to get us started, where we will work together as a group to review colours, and dance technique and have fun with creative work.  The remaining 5-day Workshop will be in the same format as last year with yoga, warm-ups, group classes, colour classes, dance technique, intensive colour classes, children's programming, art, and more!  We will also be running a teacher training program this year.  

If you can, we strongly encourage you to join us, as you will get to fully enjoy and benefit from our wonderful International Guest Teachers, Takao Kazama (GR) and Ann Flower (UK) who are joining us for the week.  

We will be returning to the Gzowski Residence, where our rooms will have air conditioning, a double bed, and a shared bathroom with one other room.  There are also common areas with fridges and microwaves.  The rooms used for dancing will be a short walk away at the Otonabee College.

In keeping together with our online colleagues and students, we are pleased to offer 1 hybrid class each day during our 5-day workshop, in which our in-person and online communities will be able to dance together.

If you are planning on joining us for our Workshop, we encourage you to register with a deposit as soon as possible (deposits are due April 1st).  For those interested in our Teacher Training program, please let me know ASAP, as some components of the program will be done online in advance of our Workshop in July.
